Rain Bird SST1200OUT 12-Zone Indoor/Outdoor Sprinkler Timer

Rain Bird, a renowned manufacturer of irrigation products, introduces the new "SST1200OUT" Timer, a powerful and user-friendly indoor-outdoor sprinkler/irrigation controller. This timer is packed with enhanced features and programming options, replacing the obsolete SST1200O model.

The SST1200OUT Timer is designed for easy use, eliminating the need for instructions. Its intuitive, simple zone-by-zone settings allow you to customize watering schedules specific to each area of your yard, ensuring greener results with less water. The timer controls up to 12-valves, with watering times ranging from 0-240 minutes per zone.

Setting the timer is a breeze. Simply turn the dial to each zone and quickly and easily set the custom days of the week, odd or even days, or a cycle number of days independent of all other zones. The timer can be programmed for up to four custom watering times per day, ensuring optimal irrigation for slopes and clay soils.

The large LCD screen and easy-to-read LED indicator lights make it easy to review all settings. Additional features include "Seasonal Adjust," which allows for up to a 100% increase in watering time during hot/dry months or a 90% reduction in cool/rainy periods. The "Rain Delay" function suspends watering for up to 72-hours, automatically resetting when the delay ends.

For added convenience, the "Water 1 Zone Now" button allows you to water a single zone for up to 180 minutes, while the "Water All Zones Now" button waters all zones for the duration of the first programmed time.

Durability and protection are key features of the SST1200OUT Timer. The weather-resistant cabinet and sealed case ensure protection from moisture, insects, and grime, while the superior built-in surge protection guards against damage from lightning strikes or power surges. All timer settings are stored indefinitely in memory, eliminating the need to re-program in the event of a power outage.

The timer also features automatic trouble-shooting capabilities, suspending watering to a zone if a short is detected and displaying a warning message with the affected valve number. It supports a master valve, pump start relay, and a rain sensor, making it a versatile and reliable choice for your irrigation needs.
